We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Knowledge of Bicycles and Ebikes a significant plus.
Candidates that qualify for
**Duties:**
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge to customers and answer their inquiries
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and monitor inventory levels
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Conduct basic retail math calculations for transactions
**Skills:**
- Proficient in basic math for handling transactions
- Experience with cash registers and POS systems
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
- Ability to upsell products effectively
- Knowledge of retail math for pricing and discounts
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus for multilingual customer support
- Familiarity with technical sales for electronics or gadgets is advantageous
